Code of Ethics

Adherence to ethical principles speaks of a sense of respect, honesty and integrity, values that are essential for the harmonious performance of work. This constitutes an essential part of our organizational culture and is a fundamental piece in the life of our Organization.

Evenplan operates under the fundamental premise of being governed by laws and regulations, whose observance and compliance is essential for it to exist and function optimally in the social environment, aligned with our Mission and Vision, for which all our collaborators actively contribute to ensuring that Evenplan is the “Employer that everyone would like to have” and to become considered “The leading Mexican company at the national level in Human Resources innovation”.

Although all these values are part of our organizational culture and the daily work of our Organization, it is necessary to formalize them and establish a common reference framework that unifies the criteria and guides the actions of all the people who are part of Evenplan in any of its establishments. or offices.

In response to the above considerations, the General Directorate of Evenplan has approved and authorized the issuance of this Code of Ethics, which contributes to the UN (United Nations Organization) to promote and disseminate the principles established within the global compact.

Objectives

  • Inform the Board of Directors, Directors, Management and Employees of the organization of their obligations of an ethical nature, towards the company, clients, suppliers, competitors and authorities, in their capacity as representatives of the same
  • Establish basic criteria to regulate the ethical behavior of all the people who work in the Organization

  • Invite management personnel and personnel with collaborators in charge to promote the principles and standards of conduct that are contained in this Code of Ethics, considering it as a guide for all our collaborators in their performance within Evenplan

Labor Human Rights

  • Respect among employees: Work in a friendly environment, free of physical or psychological violence, based on respect among employees. Zero tolerance to abuse in order to coerce a collaborator.
  • Against Child Labor: No use of child labor in any form, always complying with current legislation and conventions decreed by the ILO.

Integrity and Impartiality

  • Corruption: Do not tolerate employees, suppliers, customers and other interested parties who obtain economic, commercial or personal benefit through non-transparent or illegal activities.
  • Extortion or bribery: Punish the use of extortion or bribery as a means to obtain economic, commercial or personal benefit.
  • Conflicts of interest: Punish those employees who make use of their position to obtain a benefit or close an economic, commercial or personal agreement, nor put a personal interest in which friends or families are involved that interfere with the interests of the Organization.
  • Gifts: Giving or receiving gifts may be an acceptable practice to show appreciation in a legitimate manner; however, under no circumstances may employees and/or their families receive any gift, loan or service that may influence the decision making process of any agreement within the Organization.

Closing report

At the end of the investigation, a report is delivered with the recommendations proposed by our “Compliance” office.

Said report is sent to the general management to take the pertinent actions and when so requested, the report will be sent to the person who notified the news.
